More Jobs lost in NJ

Chris Christie has many plans to move jobs out of NJ for his own political gain, but I have not seen any plans to create new ones here.  Where is the plan to create new jobs?  I want to see at least 25 cents for every dollar saved from NJ budget cuts go into creating new jobs.  This "cut and hope for the best" plan that Christie is selling to people is great for his own pocket, but not for the people of NJ!
